‘A‘ole e helu ‘ia ma ‘ō aku o ka ‘elua papa e kō ai nā mea ‘ekolu a pau ma lalo iho nei:
No more than two courses may be counted in the fulfillment of all three of the following:
  1. ka maina Ha‘awina Hawai‘i,
  2. ka Palapala Hō‘oia ‘Ōlelo Hawai‘i a me
  3. ka Palapala Hō‘oia Mo‘omeheu Hawai‘i.
  1. Hawaiian Studies minor,
  2. the Certificate in Hawaiian Language, and
  3. the Certificate in Basic Hawaiian Culture.
‘A‘ole ho‘i e helu ‘ia ma ‘ō aku o ka ‘ekolu papa e kō ai ‘elua o nā mea ma luna a‘e nei.
No more than three courses may be counted in the fulfillment of two of the above.
‘A‘ole hiki i nā haumāna o ka papahana B.A. ma ka Ha‘awina Hawai‘i ke ‘imi i nā palapala e hō‘ike ‘ia ma luna a‘e a pēlā pū nō ho‘i nā maina, ‘oiai ua hana ‘ia kēia mau papahana no nā haumāna ma nā papahana kēkelē ‘ē a‘e.
Students in the B.A. in Hawaiian Studies program are not eligible to pursue the above certificates nor the minor, since these programs are designed for students in other degree programs.
